CreatorOS is a YouTube analytics and content creation platform that helps creators understand their channel performance and optimize their content strategy. The service includes channel analysis, video metrics, content recommendations, and Pro features available through subscription.3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload. By using CreatorOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This includes displaying analytics, generating insights, and facilitating content creation features.5. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.6. Pro Subscription
Pro features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.7. YouTube API Services
CreatorOS uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account settings.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CreatorOS is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Analytics and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.11. Termination
